We are thrilled to share some exciting news with our players, families, and supporters — we are setting up a brand-new home at St Erme!
For many years, our club has been proud to provide children with the chance to learn, play, and love the game of football. As we’ve grown, so too has the need for better facilities — somewhere we can develop young talent, host matches, and create a welcoming community space for everyone who supports grassroots football.
Preparing for the Move
This summer has been a busy one for us at EWR. We’ve spent countless hours getting the pitch ready so that it will be in the best possible condition for the season ahead. On top of that, we’ve just taken delivery of two containers generously donated by Eagle Plant. These will be vital for the new ground — providing secure storage for our equipment and space for refreshments on matchdays. Their support has given us a huge boost as we set up our new home.
What This Means for Our Players
-
Better facilities: A safe, modern ground where players can develop their skills.
-
Room to grow: More space means more opportunities to expand our teams across different age groups.
-
A true home: A place we can be proud of — somewhere players, coaches, and families can belong.
Looking Ahead
This move is about more than just football. It’s about building a hub for the community, where friendships are made and memories are created both on and off the pitch. We’re excited to welcome visiting teams, host tournaments, and most importantly, give our young players the best possible environment to enjoy the game.
We can’t wait to open our doors at St Erme and begin this next chapter in our club’s journey!
